Situated in beautiful countryside near Martos in the province of Jaen, Andalucia - a taste of real Spain. Also ideal as a base for house hunting if you are looking to buy a house.

Casa Mariposa is a recently renovated traditional Spanish farmhouse with original timber beams and a beautiful terrace with magnificent views. It is situated on a quiet track among the olive groves in the hills above the village of Las Casillas.

The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, one smaller double bedroom, one single bedroom, shower room, lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is a large terrace to the front with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. Suitable for 2 to 5 people.

The accommodation is on a self catering basis . The farmhouse is provided with bedding and towels. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron. To the lounge there is a log burning stove and satellite television. Fans are provided for the summer and the log burning stove and heaters for the winter. There is access to a telephone and the internet.

This is a mountainous area with good cycling & walking along tracks through the olive groves up onto the hills and mountains around. There is a reservoir at the bottom of the valley and the scenery is much greener than on the coast. Several Spanish
