3rd Bathroom with wc, small wash-basin.
Kitchen has dining table, 6 chairs, fridge freezer, combined gas and electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, full cooking utensils and kitchenware.
Back hall has large wardrobe with shelves and mirror. This is easy access for guests sleeping on living-room double sofa bed.
Living room has large banquet table and 6 chairs, 2 large sofas, (one a sofa bed) Ornamental standing lamp. Original wall paintings.
Television room has comfortable double sofa bed, large TV, DVD player, wardrobe, sideboard. 1st bathroom is en-suite to TV room.
The price includes all costs ie electricity, gas.
Bedlinen and sufficient towels are included. The apartment is fully cleaned and serviced before arrival. There are no hidden additional costs.

There is an excellent elevator in the building. The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment. You will be met there by an English speaking agent at a time specified by you! Before traveling you will receive an email attachment with full information on all you will need to know regarding apartment, keys, local shops opening hours, places of interest, etc.

If required the agent for this apartment will provide transport from airport to apartment and back to the airport. Cost 35 euros. Single trip 20 euros. (up to 4 guests per car)
