The Alps are a 1 hour drive away by car. The park that the apartment overlooks has a hill that has a great view of the Alps and also has a beer garden and a fee paying open area swimming pool that is well maintained. There is a second park a couple minutes walk away that is much larger and was the park used for the Munich Olympics. The nearest Subway underground is called Scheidplatz and has the U2 & U3 lines. The Tram line is 27. The apartment has a single bed and a great sofa bed that unfolds in 5 second by 1 person so can sleep 3 at a push (please see picutres). There are are 2 wardrobes tucked away in the hall.
