A brand new, small, fully furnished and air-conditioned studio apartment (30 sqm; no separate bedroom) for 4 persons, less than 10 metres from the sea (Kotor Bay). The studio apartment consists of a large living room with an open, convenient kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with shower. In the living room there are two, high-quality sofa beds for two persons each. Also TV/DVD/CD set, towels, linen, washing machine etc. are available and included in the price. From the living room and the small terrace it is less than 10 metres to the sea!

Villa Ksenija is in Baosici, a village near the entrance of Kotor Bay, with in summer at least 20 restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance. Baosici is near Herceg Novi (10 km), Kotor (15 km), Budva (35 km), Sveti Stefan (45 km), Dubrovnik (55 km; Croatia) and Zabljak/Durmitor (150 km).
Most of these places are easily accessible by (cheap) public transport (the apartment is approx. 300 metres from the nearest bus stop).
Nearest airports are Dubrovnik airport (30 km; Croatia) and Tivat Airport (15 km; Montenegro).

Easiest/cheapest access via Dubrovnik Airport (Croatia; approx. 30 km from the apartment) or via Tivat Airport (Montenegro; approx. 15 km from the apartment). We can arrange easy transport from the airport to the apartment for you.
