The apartments have Sky tv and DVD players in the lounge.There is complimentary wifi and laptop available on request. We can provide a courtesy car to pick up guests arriving by train to Eastbourne.
The apartments are located on the 4th and 5th floors and have direct lift access to the properties from the underground car park.
The master bedroom is spacious with built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. There is also a radio alarm, trouser press, hairdryer and TV. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony and a large en-suite with shower and bath.
The second bedroom has two single beds,wardrobe, alarm clock and sea views. The family bathroom with shower is located nearby.
The open plan lounge is bright and sunny and offers a large LCD TV, dining table seating four, cream leather seating unit, coffee table, reading lamp and access to the balcony.
The kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped to serve anything from a sandwich to a banquet.

EASTBOURNE

Eastbourne has been a popular seaside resort for over a century due to its fine location and good weather. East Sussex enjoys more sunshine than any other English county giving it the title of the Sunshine Coast.
As well as all year round sunshine Eastbourne has many fabulous walks either along the fine promenade with its many bars and cafes or for a more invigoration walk there is Beachy Head and the South Downs where you will find wonderful views across the Channel.
For great entertainment Eastbourne boasts three theatres providing orchestral concerts, west end musicals, plays and rock concerts plus there is the open air bandstand which offers entertainment from June to October including ABBA nights, Rock 'n'Roll nights, brass bands and fireworks.
There are cinemas, swimming pools, golf courses, amusement parks, boating pond, marina and the new Towner Art Gallery all within easy walking distance of the apartment making a car unnecessary.
Further afield you can enjoy trips to Bodium Castle, Hermonceaux Castle or Lewes Castle, Drucillas Zoo,Mitchelin Priory or Battle Abbey all within 10 to 20 miles radius.
London is a 90 minute train journey direct from Eastbourne to the centre of the city or closer is cosmopolitan Brighton just 30 minute by train.
