Beautiful luxury 5* AIR CONDITIONED HOLIDAY APARTMENT. Comfortably Sleeps 7. There is a large double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite. In the other Bedroom there are bunk beds and a single. There is also a family bathroom with a luxury jacuzzi and seperate shower. There is a large sofa which converts into a double bed (with space also for another child)

There are two exceptional pools one indoor & one outdoor pools, wi-fi is also available. There is an air conditioned gym and floodlit tennis court. There is a cafe bar with pool table, table tennis and a childrens play area.

Our apartment is well equipped with a large kitchen diner area. There is a large fridge freezer and a washing machine so no need to come home to piles of washing. There is an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. To save on your luggage there is also a hairdryer, straighteners and plug adapters.
There is a TV and DVD.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is very private and not overlooked. The very spacious balcony has a gate making easy access when returning from the pool. In front of the apartment are lovely landscaped gardens which offer an alternative for the children to play on or to sit under the trees. The apartment is cool in the morning with the sun on the balcony for most of the day, especially in the afternoon and evening. There is balcony furniture for your comfort.

Side used to be one of the most important trade centres in the antiquity and now it is one of the most popular holiday resort towns in Turkey.

Side Turkey is a beautiful upmarket Turkish resort situated on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Side lies between the two major Turkish resorts of Antalya and Alanya. Side itself dates back to the Roman Empire when it was a very important trading port, much evidence of this period still remains standing with many more ruins being excuvated. One of the evident land marks of this time is Side's beautiful well preserved amphitheatre, which is still used for concerts during the summer months, with a music festival taking place during the month of September.

A stroll down the main street of Side will bring you to the pretty harbour with many Turkish resturaunts overlooking the bay. Adjacent to Side harbour is the famous Apollo temple where it is said Mark Anthony proposed to Cleopatra. Walk around the Side streets of Side and you will see many old original Turkish houses, some of which have been turned into small pensions.

Whether you want five star luxury or the simple Turkish life style, Side can offer it all to you.

There are many activities on offer in Side such as diving, quad biking, horse riding, white water rafting, para sailing, jeep safaris and the beautiful taurus mountains where you can ski in the winter months at Saklikent which is just one and a half hours from Side.

A refundable security deposit of £100 will be required at the time of final balance payment, to secure against any breakages, damage to the apartment and the return of the keys upon departure. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure date (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

A non- refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.

The balance will be due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Rental rates are for the rental of the apartment, which includes cleaning and laundry service for stays of 2 weeks or more. Any additional services such as car hire, airport transfers are charged for separately.

Cancellation
We reserve the right to give written notice of cancellation of bookings due to any unforeseen circumstances. We would strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of your booking.

Over 6 weeks notice, full balance payment refund.
4-6 weeks notice, 50% of balance payment refund.
2-4 weeks notice, 25% of balance payment refund.
Less than 2 weeks notice, no refund.

Side has 300 days of sunshine a year and is a lovely ancient town on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Oasis is set in a lovely residential area and is very quiet. There is much to do around and about including the stunning waterfalls at Manavgat, easily reached by Dolmus (cheap mini buses that will stop anywhere) the protected Sorgun forest and the famous golf resort of Belek are all in driving distance.

As well as golf there is sailing, paragliding, climbing, beach sports, banana boat, jet skiing, river and sea boat trips, horseriding and of course just relaxing in the sunshine.

Side is probably better known for its history. The temple of Apollo is a sight to behold both day and night.There is the amphitheatre and the museum both well worth a visit.

Sit at the harbour, have a meal or a drink overlooking the sea. People watch in the square, barter with the shop keepers in the many varied and exciting shops, , go to a nightclub in the roman ruins( yes seriously) enjoy the friendly lovely people and just relax into the holiday mode.

Airport transfers to the apartment can be arranged for an additional cost of £80 (for up to 5 people) or for larger families/groups price on request. This is your return fee and you will be greeted by a friendly face from Kaya Homes and travel the 45 minutes to Oasis in air conditioned transport.
For your peace of mind there is always an English speaking member of the Kaya homes staff available for any queries or any additional cleaning or laundry services you may require during your stay (additional costs to be paid directly to Kaya homes)

Although linen and towels are provided, please use your own towels for the pool and beach.

There is the additional added bonus of 24 hour security, most helpful to help carry your shopping and to call you taxi's when required. Taxi's are cheap with it being around £6 to Side and a little bit more to the lively area of Kumkoy.

We can recommend several good and friendly restaurants, some within walking distance others a little further. Some of the restaurants will collect you from the apartment and take you home again or even onto another bar..imagine that!!!!

The apartment can be accessed by three steps directly onto the balcony after a short walk across the grass.
