Close to the border of the Tarn et Garonne and the Haute Garonne in the heart of the Midi Pyrenees, we have a large house set in 3/4 acre of private garden. A 5 bed, 2 bath house for use as a holiday let with spacious living room, kitchen and dining room.
Villemur-sur-Tarn is situated south east of Montauban and north east of Toulouse.
English and French spoken.

The property is situated close to 2 villages, and within 5km of the major town of Villemur-sur-Tarn where there is a large supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, weekly market, swimming baths, a beautiful riverside village
This is a place to simply relax, or use as a base for lots of activities and is ideally situated for wine tasting, visiting medieval hilltop villages, fishing and sightseeing.
Only 2 hours from Andorra, the Mediterranean Beaches and 1 1/2 hours from Bordeaux, we are ideally located to enjoy many of the beauties that make the South of France.
The house is within 25 mins of a major motorway, and 30 mins of Toulouse International Airport.

The house comfortably sleeps ten people and will be available from May through September.

May-June £500 per week

July-August £600 per week

September-October £500 per week

All prices are subject to a charge of £15 per person per week.

Deposit:

We ask a 50% non refundable deposit of the total cost of the booking within two weeks of the reservation. Full payment is due in full no later than one month before the booking date. Breakages will be assessed and reasonably charged, at the time of incident.

We operate a strict indoor no smoking policy.
