Well equipped fitted kitchen area: full size oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, large microwave, extractor fan, large 60/40 fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils & fire blanket. Iron, ironing board. Automatic washing machine, clothes airer and washing line. Broom, mop and bucket. Comfortable lounge with 3 seat sofa & individual armchair. Attractive glass topped coffee table & large storage cupboard. Satellite TV, DVD/VCR player, hi-fi with CD/ radio/tape & a selection of videos, DVDs and CDs.

The bungalow is thoroughly cleaned, bed linen and towels changed at the beginning of each booking. Beach towels are not provided. Further cleaning services can be arranged upon request. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the bungalow. Pets not allowed.

Outside: Table & 2 chairs, 2 relaxer chairs & cushions. Sun umbrella, base & 2 sun beds. To the rear of the property there is a delightful, small garden area.

Caleta de Fuste is a delightful holiday destination offering a variety of bars, restaurants, spas, beach sports and evening entertainment. The nearest beach is approx 15 mins walk and the local shops 5 mins walk. The large Atlantico Shopping Centre is 15 mins walk 5 mins by car; there you will find lots of shops, restaurants, cinema and ten pin bowling. There are a number of golf courses for you to enjoy, the nearest being only 5 minutes away by car. You can see it from the bungalow. Our property provides everything for a comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable holiday experience. A car is recommended to fully explore the island, although not essential. Only 10 minutes away from the airport by car or taxi, your holiday starts right away! The property is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Wherever possible these times are flexible.

The bungalow is available for rental on a weekly basis at a cost of £150 per week, payable in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of £75 per booking is required, with the balance payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A £100 breakages deposit is required, refundable provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, or any residual odour from smoking present upon completion of the rental.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Transport to and from the airport is available at a charge of 25 Euros payable directly to our caretakers.

Accessibility:
The bungalow is located next to a small flight of steps; however it can be accessed from a level entrance to the complex. Car parking is available on street at the top of these steps. The pool is accessed via steps from the bungalow, but can be accessed from a level entrance to the complex.
