The building itself rests on a gentle slope down to a volcanic beach, thus the apartment is essentially one floor above street level and provides gorgeous views of the beach, sea and marina. The complex itself is truly immaculate and offers a friendly, peaceful beachside retreat, conveniently located near to the variety of shops, bars and restaurants of Golf del Sur. If you are hiring a car you will find ample parking next to and opposite the apartment building. The complex offers elevators to all floors and is fitted with security doors and cameras making it child/solo-traveller friendly. With two swimming pools overlooking the Atlantic ocean and a large, relaxing sunbathing area you are sure to top up that tan whilst enjoying the cooling sea breeze. We have ensured that our apartment is generously equipped so that you need only bring the essentials.
