The perfect holiday villa, Casa Kirbri is in a quiet area and has its own private parking. Furnished to a high standard the spacious lounge/dining area is well equipped with Satellite TV, video and DVD players as well as a music centre. The dining area seats up to six people. Modern double glazed patio doors lead onto the sun and swimming pool terrace. The fully fitted kitchen comprises of integrated oven and hob, electric kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and all cooking utensils. The outside Solana includes a washing machine and drying area. The villa comprises of a master bedroom with dressing area and fully fitted en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms and with a shared shower room. The rear of the villa provides a private outside area with sunbathing terrace and heated swimming pool (size approximately 4m x 6m).
Patio furniture, sun lounger's, cushions and parasol are all supplied for your comfort together with a BBQ for that all important ‘al fresco’ dining. Casa Kirbri has a weekly maid service with all towels and linen provided. The property manager lives nearby and is available to assist as required during your stay. A perfect holiday villa for families (rental of Travel Cot and High Chair available), couples and singles Casa Kirbri is also suitable for the elderly and has good wheelchair access.

Casa Kirbri is located in the popular resort of Costa Teguise on the South East coast of Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is home to the island's premier 18-hole golf course and Lanzarote's only water park both of which are just a few minutes drive from Casa Kirbri. Renowned for its excellent surf, Costa Teguise is a popular resort for windsurfing, the perfect place to learn or take your wave riding to the next level! Playa Las Cucharas hosts the PWA Annual Windsurfing Championships in May/June each year.
Scuba diving is also a very popular sport within the numerous caves, tunnels, sheer walls and ship wrecks that surround Lanzarote's shores.
