St. Nicolas is a beautiful luxurious complex with all the facilities you could need for your holiday. It is ideally located just outside of Paphos and is therefore within easy reach of beaches, historical features, towns for shopping, restaurants and bars, breathtaking scenery and unspoilt villages.

The complex has 4 adult pools and a children's pool. There is a heated indoor pool together with a jacuzzi and sauna. The complex also enjoys the facilities of a gymnasium, tennis court, jogging track, childrens play area, mini market and restaurant.

The penthouse is situated on two floors. The lower floor has the lounge, dining area, kitchen and shower room. The upper floor has a double and a twin bedded room together with the family bathroom.

The property enjoys two generous balconies - one from the lounge and the other from the master bedroom. These are ideal for alfreso dining, whilst looking out onto the beautiful main pool area of the complex. There is a private roof terrace, which has spectacular views over The Mediterranean.

Location Details

Chlorakas - Paphos district.

From Pafos International Airport follow the E603 to the end where it meets the B6. At the "T" junction turn rt towards Mandria on the B6. Follow the road until you see a signpost on the lft marked Anarita & Pafos A6 (motorway).There is a garden centre called Green Forest Nursery on the corner of the road on the left that you need to take. Turn left at the sign then go left onto the A6. Follow the A6 to the end where it reaches a roundabout. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on the left for Kato Pafos - Town Centre. Follow this road passing McDonalds on the left. At roundabout Debenhams is on your left. Go straight across taking the 2nd exit marked "Tourist Area - Kato Pafos". At the next set of traffic lights go straight across until you come to a roundabout. At the roundabout turn right on to the dual carriage way. Keep in the left hand lane and continue straight. At the next traffic lights you will pass a beautiful new church on your left. Continue straight. At the next set of traffic lights on left is BEGONIA GARDEN CENTRE on the right. Continue straight across these lights into THE TOMB of the KINGS ROAD. Follow the road and you will see on the left as the road bends THE VENUS BEACH HOTEL, then a bit further ALICELAND RESTAURANT on your left. Take 1st turning on the right immediate after Aliceland Restaurant where there is LEO OPSIMOS CAR RENTALS on the corner. Take immediate sharp rt up hill.At T junction turn rt, then 3rd left. St. Nicolas is on rt near top of hill.
