Tariff Notes

CONTRACT: The contact is between the hirer and owners.
PAYMENT: Once a booking is made send deposit. Deposit; 25% total rental cost. Balance; due 6 weeks prior to holiday date. £100 damage deposit payable with the final holiday balance, this will be reimbursed 4 weeks following stay.
HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITIES: The hirer agrees:
To be responsible for, and take reasonable care of, Pont Picot
No smoking indoors
To keep Pont Picot clean and tidy and to make good any breakage or damage caused
To permit owners or their representatives to enter Pont Picot at any reasonable time to carry out necessary repairs
That the number of persons staying shall not exceed the number stated on booking
PETS: Not allowed.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation charges are calculated as a % of total holiday accommodation less deposit. Charges:
More than 90 days=25%
89 –57 days=50%
56 -0 days=100%
COMPLAINTS: Please bring these to the attention of the owners immediately. Requests for compensation will not be considered if the complaint is not made before the end of the holiday.
LIABILITY: Every effort is made to ensure all aspects of the property are as advertised. However no liability will be accepted for items outside our control, i.e. flood, injury or loss on the premises.
RIGHT TO REFUSE BOOKINGS
The owners reserve the right to refuse bookings. Stag/hen parties and groups of persons under 25 are not normally accepted
Tariff is inclusive of; Bed linen, utilities, games and bicycle use
